Which aircraft can carry the largest cargo?
The Airbus Super Transporter A300-600ST Beluga has the largest cargo of any aircraft. It can carry up to 45 tonnes of cargo in a hold that is 37 metres long and up to 7.4 metres wide. Belugas are built from Airbus A300 airliners. They replaced the Super Guppy transporter. The Super Guppies were built to transport parts of the giant Saturn 5 moon rockets.
